can not tune in tv cine 1 tv cine 2 tv cine 3 tv cine 4 on hispasat 30west

hi everyone good evening I am trying to tune in tv cine 1 2 3 4 on hispasat 30west tried every thing used to pick it up ok done scan channels get every thing else ok please help if possible as I am running mad as this is my only enjoyment oap many thanks if can help
