menus not loading just crashing on 5402hd

hi i am unable to load the menus on the tecnomate 5402hd everytime i press menu button to edit channel list load new channel list etc the menus do not loads and tecnmate crashes can any body help

re-flash your box with factory firmware, then factory re-set, switch off at back for 2 mins, back on and re-flash with @phantompatch, factory default again then see how you go,regards mdt

try this loader is included in folder but you need a proper null modem lead and a computer with an rs232 port

Thanks will give it a go but figured out the problem was with because it was connected via hdmi to Xbox one that was the cause I have not connected sat box to av receiver as it used to be and all is back to normal Xbox one must cause some interference some how with the 5402
