tm 5402 hd connection problems

HI I'm new to the satellite technology and would really appreciate some help with my TM5402hd M2 CI super +
The network connects to youtube ok but when I input server details the status stays on "disconnected". I have turned off dhcp on my router. But when i turn it off on TM box and input IP settings manually it needs three numbers inputting on part of the IP address and the actual IP address has only 1 (actual ip address is 192.168.1.126) when inputting in to tm box it will only let me put(192.168.001.126) I think this may be the problem but you guys will probably no better thanks in advance

What firmware are you on? ???? Have a read of the rules as regards to servers. What I will say is make sure you are entering all details exactly as you were given them. Everything is case sensitive

thanks for the reply happy highlander the s.w version is 1.10p I have entered the server details exactly as I was given them but getting no where fast.

If you can connect and play YouTube then the problem is with the details or the provider being used in the addon/8281 section
