    TM Remote Frequencies

    Hi All

I currently have a tm 5402hd. We have two cables coming from the dish from when we had sky. Am currently using the rf out to watch tv in another room but i would like to add another box to in effect have multiroom. As the boxes will both be beside each other i am wary of one remote changing cannel and turning off both boxes if you know what i mean.

as will be sending signal from rf out i am not really going to benefit from HD so was looking at 5200 or 5300 boxes, does anyone know if the remote frequency would be different to my 5402 or could there be any interference?

    Thanks

Hi. The remote for the 5402 should not interfere with either the 5200 or 5300. I have a 5402 and a 5400 Super and they dont interfere with each other. Your problem using an RF output is that you can only watch same channels on both tv's. As you already have two cables coming from your dish then use one cable for 5402 and the other cable for 5200/5300.

    Regards.
