Pretty much an easy question for technomate fans. I have just been given a tm5400 ci+usb for nothing from a friend without remote and just need to know if firmware is still available for these models before i think about buying a remote. As i only know the support side of open boxes and dream boxes, i am in the dark with the TM as i have never previously owned one. Thing is if it still has some support then i was going to buy a remote and read up on these properly and then pass it onto a friend as ive been trying to get him on the sat side of things for a while now and this would be an ok little starter for nothing. If not then he will have to be coaxed into the dream box as i only know these boxes like the back of my hand now (well the basics and essential basics). Oh and if there is some support then could i be pointed in the right direction as i have read up a little and like everything new to a newbie i havent found it yet. thanks everyone.
