TM 6900 frozen

Hi guys
Sorry but am new to all this, just downloaded and patched TM 6900 HD with the TM6000 series February patch via USB. Then it shut itself down, now is frozen and can't get it to do anything. Any suggestions?

first do you have a [null modem cable]? if not you need
to buy one they are cheap to buy, [you need the cable to fix your box].

and read post 3 in the thread it tells you how to clear your receiver
and look for the latest patch v679 dated the 18/4/09
