    TM5402 HD M2 - Hardware Fault?

Hi - Not getting any replies from the supplier or Technomate so any advice gratefully received.
Box does not remember 7 day EPG or network settings after going into standby.
Is the box faulty or is there something that I am doing wrong?

The 7 Day EPG gets stored in the Ram so as soon as you switch the receiver off it loses the EPG and has to be downloaded again when you switch it back on, as for the losing Ethenet address that could be a patch problem or a router problem

I tend to leave my box on and update the epg when I remember.

Yes as soon as you put the box into standby the EPG is flushed from the Ram
