Which Technomate Box is best?

Hi Ladies and Gents,

Apologies if this is already posted. I have read and been told about the Technomate series, but apparently there is a box that is 'IPTV' and does not require a dish? My father has recently built his house and doesn't have a Dish and was wondering if this would be an option for him?

If so, what what channels would he be able to get, as he currently has a YouView box, but would like to have sports without a dish, if it was possible?

Your talking about the new TM models the TM F3/5 and the TM 5402HD MK3 version both of which have an IPTV feature, you can download the free channels for these by doing a search on google.

Be warned the IPTV feature on these receivers is more of a gimmick than an actual extra source, And you wont find any decent Free IPTV ones that last longer than a day or two you need to have access to shall we say an illegal one which we cannot go into in any detail due to forum rules

there are squre flat plate dishes that can be hidden with stickers to match the brickwork, ones that look like a outside garden light or it may be possible to put a small dish at ground level in the garden and sprayed green with plasticoat to blend in. there are iptv boxs but these are poor at best unless you pay big bucks for a sub but again these can go down at any time. regards mdt
