Hi,thanks for your reply.as I said I installed the up to date patch and all the keys are there apart from the top line which says off and no channels are open.Do I need to instal a cas as well as this patch.Thanks.

biss/dcw keys change very fast sometimes more
than once a day so if the channels are scrambled you will
need to find and load the keys, biss keys cant be added in the tm softcam
only in the patch but i would think the keys added in the patch are now
out of date

Biss menu always says "OFF", thgis is usual. It is actually on.

just leave the biss panel setting as it show's
if any channel does'nt open it could require
a new key, when you have the keys you go
to the channel you want to enter keys for and
on the remote press 8280 and the biss key panel
will open, you now scroll down the panel and find
a empty key line [all zero's on it] and you now enter
the key for the channel and then exit and the channel
will open, with biss or dcw keys you have to go to every
channel in turn and enter the keys this way for every channel
and if you keep a note of the line the channel uses when the key
changes you can just over write the key with the new key and you
keep the channels useing the same key line

Hi there. Please could you let me know where can I find a key for the line with all the zeros? I tought that Soft keys are the keys for opening channels. Now it seems like that I need some other keys to be entered into BISS screen. Sorry I am just so confused.
