technomate problem

Hi is me again.
I got some problem with my technomate 5402 the channels are freezing the $ every 20to 30 seconds I try everthing but nothing,does any one know how can I rest the box to factor? Not the one we go to menu and rest as this one just do half of the job.
I would like to reset to clear everything.
