technomate tm nano oe stuck on booting logo

Hi, here is my problem, I have a technomate tm nano oe, when I turn it on it just flash a screen with "openvix all your support needs...." and after the tv screen goes blue and everything start again, openvix screen for a few seconds and blue screen on tv .... when I say blue screen on tv looks like the box switch off for a sec and turn on again because the tv do not find any source of video coming....
Is there a way to factory reset the box and start again? or what can I do? at the moment the box is not responding to any remote buttons press nor from the box, the only thing I have done is switching it off at the rear switch

You could try to reflash it. When you reflash box you will erase all files.

It is what I m trying to do.... the process of reflashing is ok is aftr when I disconnect the usb and restart the box the loop starts....
