USA Sports Channels 15W

Hi

When I watch two American-origin sports channels on 15W, they, along with the DAD-Fibre feeds, are quite a jerky picture, not smooth and it makes watching a pain.
Does anyone know why this would be? I've got a 5402 M2.

Menu - AV Setting - TV Type - Auto

these channels are broadcast in NTSC still and i would assume you have your setting above set to PAL if so set to AUTO it will then switch automatically
