    picture breaking up

    i have tm 1500 with the diablo problem is when its windy or raining picture keeps breaking up i have tried going in motorised setting and moving the the dish but that just knocks picture off altogether can anyone help please if so with step by step instructions

      you dont say what size dish you have or your location or what channels youare trying for but it sounds like your dish is too small for what you are asking of it.

          the dish is about 3 foot in size i am in liverpool and the problem is with all channels thor/nagra.sorry fairly new to all this

              I"m the opposite side of the country but about the same latitude. I get thor ok on an 80cm so I would have thought a 90cm would have been fine but as I"m just about on the meridian that may have some bearing on it.digi tv is abit difficult any way at the moment. but all the symptoms you gave point to needing a bigger dish. with luck some one else nearer you area will reply with more knowledge.

                  thankyou lets hope someone will i think the problem is due to the weather because when weather ok the picture is fine once again thankyou

                          went through to the usuals thing and relised it was on 1.2 but i know when we had it set up the man set it as usuals so i reset it and 1 hour later and still no more breaking up thankyou very much for your help i hope it stays like this
