TM800 HD...Is there a full complete guide on how to update channel list?

Hi Guys.

This might be a silly question to ask but i have no idea how to update the channel list....I apologise in advance if there is a guide here........Do you do it via usb?....Is it as simple as updating the channel list on the openbox for example?

I have acquired a TM800 HD but have no idea whatsoever how to update the channel list so is there a full guide on here somewhere on how to do it?
