technomate 5402hd M1 receiver to receiver software transfer

i have forgot my password and cant get in to the menu and want to update software this will restore the password
can any one advice if there is any other way to get in to menu without password or

how how to transfer software from my 2nd tm5402hd m1 via rs232 port as i have a spare box ?

following on from this i have managed to download the wrong softwareon my technomate 5402hd box which was a test patch i thought it was the 145 latest one
box is frozen when switched on only works for about 5 seconds so cant use the usb to insert correct patch to recover it
question is how can i insert the correct patch now using the rs232 which loader can i use
and where can i find this please ?
i tried looking at receiver to receiver transfer but this doesnt seem possible as no option found to do this
in the manual it says use rs232 via pc
so i need a technomate loader will the 5302hd loader work any help out there please?
