Hi,I have a Technomate TM-5400 CI+USB SUPER.I have downloaded the latest patch and that installed with no problems.I have tried to download a softcam but I keep being sent to a blank page.How do I download the softcam as I have been trying for the last to days.Thankyou to all.

you have to unzip the softcam, try using mozilla browser if you cant get as far as unzipping, also you may want to try unzipping it using winrar.

Hi Bosvelt,thankyou for your help.When I try to download the softcam from this site it just takes me to a blank page with nothing on it.This means I cannot get the softcam to unzip it and install on my Technomate.

try using MOZILLA firefox browser (link at the bottom of this page) if you cant get as far as unzipping, or using WINRAR unzip program.

if u getting a blank page when u download it might mean the file has been lost when the server was rebuilt recently, if so u will have to wait till its uploaded again.

Hi,gmb45,I dont think I am explaining myself.I click to download the softcam file and instead of downloading the file the page switches to a white blank page with nothing to download.Thanks again.

You will get a blank white page because the file is now No longer on the server because of when the server crashed and was rebuilt.

Hi, this is my first post and I hope it's okay to jump onto this thread.....
I will be ordering a TM5400CI+Super motorised system in a few days and as a novice I am interested in all the info I have read re patches and softcams. My question is this: Do I need to buy a cam like a diablo to utilise the patches or does this receiver work without one?

As very little opens via diablo or the technomate I would look elsewhere ie maybe a linux box.
