    I am thinking of buying a Technomate 5200 D USB super anyone got ant experinence / recommendations

      you would be better buying a tin opener it will open more, go for the linux version

              it depends what you want to do with it for general FTA use and official card use you wont go wrong with the non linux TMs.

                  As stated if you are not trying to share anything the TM 5300/5400 are excellent user friendly boxes.
