    Technomate Darkman Problem

    Hi guys

    I've downloaded the Darkman loader and latest patch for my Technomate 1500CI+ Super but when I connect my laptop to the Digibox and press 'Connect' or 'Auto Detect' a box pops up saying 'Connect your receiver and turn on...' I've done this in various ways but nothing happens, the box just stays there and that's it.

    My crappy laptop only has a 15 Pin Female Port so I had to buy a 15 Pin Male to 9 Pin Female Cable. I suspect this may be the problem but I thought I'd get the opinion of people who know what they are doing!

    Any other problems that this might be or am I deluding myself?

      it needs to be a NULL MODEM cable (connections are crossed over)

              get a usb to serial converter and a null modem cable
              and then the patch and softcams etc will load
              this is a usb to serial converter maplins have them
