Thechnomate 7650 2VA - No output

Hi guys,
I have a technomate TM-7650 2VA. i had this problem, When i turn on the receiver it was just showing "boot". I re-installed the firmware. But now there is no output from the receiver. When i change channel, it changes channel (The receiver display showing channel change.) . Do you guys have any idea about this problem? Why is there no output from the receiver?

using scart or rf output? Rf output would of defaulted so tune telly back to rf output from receiver.
