losing signal in rain

i am losing most of the channels on 1 west
when it is raining
is there anything i can do to fix this please


1 metre motorised dish
technomate 5200d usb super
and fortectstar hd innovatrion on a f splitter

should be ok on a 1m.. where are you in the UK..??

Have you checked the skew on your LNB..??

im in nothern ireland
i think the fella that installed it ,didnt do a good job
only getting about 13 satellites so i reckon it needs
set right

Take a read of the fine tuning your motorised satellite dish sticky thread in the general sat section. It maybe something simple.

tried that but not getting nothing after 8 west ,
so i think the L shaped bracket may not be plumb.
gonna have to get T K BRACKETS and see how that works ,have a clear view south
