Technomatic 3150D Patch Help Please

Hi Forum

Please can some one help with directing me to the most current patch for my 3150D .

I have found the patch directory for 3000 series but when I attempt to download link (ZIP icon URL) it opens a blank page.

I have logged into forum

I have tried firefox and IE both give the same error
