Hi I am having the same problm 5300 not working even after latest keys updated with usb stick still not working help please

Turn Auto update off in menu-options- Digi tv -OFF-Exit and save.

down load the latest patch for your box then the latest softcam, unzip them both and copy the unzipped files onto a usb stick.put the stick in your box and press usb on the handset select the patch 1st and load,wait for the box to re-boot then select the softcam and load.make sure the patch you download is for the TM6900 super.you can then open channels on 1W & 23.5E but not much else.
