Help with TM-800 HD

Hi Guys can you help ?


Ive just switched on my TM-800HD after being away for a few days and am getting loading image scrolling across the display of STB and have the image on screen displaying the STB I.P address .


How can i get beyond this to access the Menu etc

Can you connect to the receiver via miniweb?
