TM 600 update

Can anyone help please ?
Trying to do my first update on my tm600 with latest TM600 official up-date
using unzipped file on usb stick ( front port)
Doesnt seem to recognise either the port or the file
What am i doing wrong ?

I have already checked that
Says usb not found-but says usb 1-3
does seem to format the usb stick tho !
I am putting just the un-zipped fokder on the usb stick-
is that right ?

If by 'update' you mean loading the latest image, go for the UR 10-14-2009 image which is what I use.
Instead of loading via USB, use the TM Linux loader to install the patch (assuming you have connected your TM via a router ???) It is by far the easiest way to upload images to your STB.

I"m using the ur image dated 14/10/09 on my tm 500 and it works fine,there are later ones available if you want.All thanks go to the UR team.I"ll have a look for the 600 version for you.

hi sorry to steal thread, i have just got set up to be put in tuesday, with tm600 i hope the person putting it in will load all images etc for me and watch him carefully for in future when i will have to do it. how long does a patch last on box and thanks for latest patch just incase he doesnt put one on ill have to have a go cheers marko gy

press LAN then the blue button on your remote, you can now update to the latest public release (16/03/2010)
