Technomate tm 1500 ci UPDATING

I THERE I AM UPDATING MY BOX BY DOWNLOADING A NEW SOFCAM KEYS ON IT BUT WHEN I OPEN THE DARKMAN LOADER AND CHOSE KEYS OPTION IT'S ALWAYS SHOW THIS MESSAGE IN DARMAN LOADER : ( CONNECT YOUR RECEIVER AND TURN IT ON) AND WHEN I CHANGE THE COM PORT IT'S SAYS NOT AVAILABLE AND I WHEN TO AUTO DETECTION STILL CAN'T SEND THE SOFTCAM KEYS TO UPDATE MY TECHNOMATE BOX, I USUALLY DO BUT NOW DON'T KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON.
CAN SOMEONE HELP PLS. THANKS

have you altered any thing on your computer since last time? is the null modem cable secure in the rs232 sockets?
you probably can only use com1.

ps can you use lower case in your posts
