technomate tms-100 d , problem , can you help?

i have a older technomate 1000-d , i dont have all the FTA channells , that i should , so i want to rescann it , but i cant rember the pin / password 4 dig number, is there a default or rest button , or a factory setting, that i can use to get into the scann menu , thank you all for your time and help ...... ranger,

thanks very much for your help , the master code , worked fine , i can rescann again , , just one more question , on the technomate 1000 D , is their a firmware update for it ? and if i up date it , what differance will it make to the box , will it give me more channells, or just a different menu , with more tools on it , thanks again for your time and help .

Last patch will inc latest firmware.

you will need the latest softcam as well which will enable you to open digi tv on 1W at the moment(but not for much longer) also a few other channels here and there.softcams are in the sticky section.
