problem with TM receiver

I have TM 5200 D Super with USB port and Tm 2300 motor.My problem is receiver suddenly stop drive the motor and the box get very warm.Then I turn off the receiver.I thought a motor is get frozen, but I checked that by used manual buttonthen is drive normally.
What is the problem?Please give me advise what can I do?

try a "factory reset" in the system settings menu.

I dont try "factory reset", but I found the problem faulty LNB (wet).
