Technomate TM6800 HD

Hi,

I am new to this forum.

I just bought Technomate TM6800 HD receiver and like to use the
Irdeto encrypted smart card.

Please help me to get the right patch and how to install and use.

you have a multi-crypt card reader that will read irdeto without patching you also have 2 CI slots to take cams for most encryptions.
you can still patch your box if you want and the card slot will still work ok.
if you tell us a bit more about what satellites you are interested in and whether your dish is motorised ect.,we can help you more.
also is your box a TM6800HD or TM6800HD super?

the super has blind scan & an ethernet port on the rear panel.

How did you find this tm6800, in terms of use?

How did you find this(tm6800), in terms of usability ? I used b4 tm1500 and currently updated to tm6800. Menus are pretty similar, but perhaps it is too early for me to comment.

The TM6800 like all the TM models has an easy to use menu system.
They are all very much alike in operating across the model range I currently have the TM 6900 Super+ before that a TM6800 TM5400 Super and TM 1500

My TM 6800HD has been sitting in its box ever since my diablo cam failed to unscramble the C***X channels. I used to be enjoy watching the Saturday footie, but it all went West.
Has anything happened lately to enable my TM6800 HD to pick up the footie?

hi chrisreduk get that box open,there,s footy on thor 1 west,and plenty of channels to view, sirius 4.8 ,hotbird 13.0 has got afew channels open and 23.5 update your cam or put the latest patch and softcam in, if you can get thor thats your best bet
