    TM 5400SUPER+ 1M motorised dish

    Hi peeps,

first timer here, Im new to this scene however i have read for days on the net and hoping some of you generous people could clarify a few points for me???

I noticed Lider TV is FTA with BISS keys on 36'E and 13'E, could somebody please confirm if the TM5400 can have BISS keys inputted and if so would this unscramble this channel?

Secondly I have seen the 5400 can be patched for 1W is there anyone kind enough to guide me as to which are the latest patches softcams needed etc as im struggling to find which ones i should use.

Thanks in advance for your help

Yes mate, once aptched you can enter biss keys. Lider tv only open on 36e with biss not 13e.

Thanks a lot mate, just another quick one if i may,

i havent actualy purchased it yet, will do in the next hour or so, i am getting the package from southern sat and it mentions the receiver is a 5400D super+? I noticed all the patches for the 5000 super series on here are for the 5400CI+? will the patch still work or would you advise i buy a Superseries5400CI+

        Thanks again

          There are no TM5400d supers.
          TM-5200 D USB Super - Free-To-Air (FTA)
          TM-5300 D+ USB Super - 1 Card Reader
          TM-5600 CI USB - 1 CI SLOT
          TM-5400 CI+ SUB - 1 CI SLOT & 1 CARD READER
Personally I would go for a TM600. Soon those TM5000 super series will be obsolete as nothing will open. A TM600 can open the same channels but also linux for cs. Theya re also pvr.

Thats what i was confused about, on southern sat they have it advertised but was nott sure if it was a typo: Technomate TM5400D Super+ 100cm Motorised Satellite System

I think il go for the TM-600 then.

To be honest I have only just about got the understanding of all this patch/ softcam/biss talk, seems im a bit too late for this technology already

is the linux/CS routes difficult to understand? is there more satelites/ encryptions to be unlocked this route or is it purely for crd sharing etc?

            Thanks for you help

It is harder to learn but once connected to the net you just press the red button and it will downlaod the keys no need to amnually load softcam. You can also cs with it. Use that link i posted as he is a friend and service is excellent. Next day del.

Hi all, had a read up on the TM600 and got some queries:

-Do i need a loader or not? i read it doesn't and that you install images using Technomate Control center but would just like to clarify this? and if correct where can i get the control centre app?

-Secondly is this compatible with Mac and any advice on where images can be accessed?

I dont want to break any rules if not allowed to post so can post my msn if anyone would be kind enough to help.

                      Thanks
