TM500/600 UR Image 20.01.10

sorry to bother you again but could you please tell me how to load the image to the tm 500, which loader do i need? i'm a bit confused i've been told to use the dreambox control centre , shoud i use that one or the technomate control center???

how do you enter keys manually and c lines with the tcc 7.1??

Blue button, once image is on.

when i press blue button its asking me to " please enter pin"???
what pin should i put , did i do something wrong???

hi guys,ive just loaded the latest tm500 image and pressed red button for softcam keys but all still blank! any ideas?be gentle with me cus ive only kicked in with it this morning!

Only Digi tv on 1 west will open and a few others on 5e/13e etc. What are you expecting to open?

The softcam will open them, Restart cam from blue button if need be. You can also download keys via blue button as well.

thnx,in UR TEAM SmartCam>Default softCam is blank,,,is that right?in UR Panel i have selected `download key`and have tried `rolla`,`hacksat`and `satnet` softcam keys but still no luck.

Download cccam 214 from blue button. Select full ie config and bin.
When installed-blue button-softcam-scroll to you see cccam 214 and select it and save- then download keys again.

still no joy,i presume cccam has to show itself in `default softcam` as an option but it doesnt!!anything else i can try?thnx.

On the softcams you need to scroll across for each softcam. Also check to see if it needs a manual install. Blue button-addon manager-check to see if its there if not-press yellow button for manual install and it should be there.

no joy yet...in `manual addon install` it shows as `cpanel.tar.gz` and confirms install,reboots but no softcam installed in smartcam v1.0.
