Technomate 6900 HD Combo Advice Please

Hi - Can anyone help me with this very frustrating problem before I give up on the 6900 HD?

Around every 5 minutes I lose all picture and sound and get a blank blue screen for around 10 seconds and its making everything unwatchable.

This happens for all satellite channels and for Terrestial channels as I have both cables attached and all have same problem.

is your lnb wired properly with no wires touching it have you checked at the box end make sure the f connectors are done properly?? also with the aerial have you checked your settings to make sure 5v isnt selected. i had this problem with my 6900hd checked all them and it works like a dream now. have you also tried selecting different picture formats such has 576i etc etc on the remote at the bottom where it says v.format. have you checked your tv is compatible with hd? etc etc......

once in a while it's good to clean your l m b also i shined my 1.1m dish it reflected to the lmb much better since then i have had no probs

if u dont make proper connections it will not work

Happened to mine too the box was to inclosed in the tv unit, was getting to hot giving picture with no colour and so on give it space to let of heat should work if there is nothing wrong with your connections

same thing happens to me.I think it is each channel renewing software and rebooting each time .I leave the box on overnight and the problem is sorted.Hope this helps.
