Question for Technomate Linux users

Hi all,

I was just wondering, do the TM500/TM600 (and upcoming TM800HD) boxes record all the audio streams of a channel that you record?

I have gone back to using my 5400CI+ Super this week because it records all audio channels, which is great for Formula 1 as you get all the alternative commentary streams in one .ts file!

Just want to know if the Technomate Linux boxes do this too, AZBox on latest fw does not...

The TM500 doesnt have a record functionality mate. Dont have a 600 but that does record but whether it meets your needs not sure sorry. Someone will help.

my TM600 dumps the full .ts, including teletext and AC3 audio tracks, you can chose to disable teletext and AC3 recording in options.
