tm 600hotbird problem

i got a tm600 runing on ur image 14-10-09 ,the box wont scan transponder 11411 h on hotbird.also the dish is fine and algin correctly.is this a problem with the image software

Delete the TP and then re add it and try again. 11411 H 27500

You can download the latest image 22-12-09 via the lan button. It will not change any config/addons etc.

tried all your advice guys,many thanks .still the same and now it wont pick up s1 or s2 but finds the rest of them,any ideas.thank robby
