Help with Tm 6800hd and redlight card

Hi everybody!Have recently got a technomate 6800hd(patched) and everything has been working fine on thor ,but yesterday i brought a redlight viaccess card and cannot open any channels on 13 degrees east.Am i on the right satellite and do i need any extra software.Thanks

if you are using patch 690p it may be the problem as I found cards would not work with that patch, try 688p this is for the original(not super) I dont think the 690p opens any thing now anyway.you may have to put the latest softcam in to still get digi tv on thor.

I think the TP you want on 13E is 11.411 H 27500
