TM600

Had it a week and had a bit play and Iam so disappointed with it.I have it set up through lnb loop from a motorised TM6900 that lets me view just about every sat/channel with the set up I have.Went to scan 40,east with TM600 and not one single channel could it find.Also found that it misses channels on a full auto search.Softcams are a nightmare.There more open with Ipnosys on D2 than softcams but that a different story.If I didn,t have the 6900 and the 5400 I would be missing a lot of channels just using the TM600.This is surely one of the worst boxes I have ever owned.Can't believe TM released this as a finished product.

TM600 NO CONNECTION TO INTERNET?

Another nail in its coffin....Been downloading stuff with the 600 all week then turned it on tonight and it saying no internet connection,I can FTP/Telnet into it ok but it doing me head in now,wont connect to internet at all,does anybody have any ideas so I can get this thing up and working again to go on Ebay.All help appreciated.

I have had TM600 since May last year and never had an issue with it. Far superior to dm500/600

Had nothing but trouble m8.Any ideas on no internet connection with it.Even reflashed another newer urimage and still no joy.Reset router even tried 3 cables and still no joy.Thought it could have been ethernet port on tm600 faulty but i can still ftp through it from me laptop.First Linux box so cant comment on dm500/600.

I have the same 'no internet' problem. All other machines on the network do have internet connections. I have setup the internet port for streaming and can see the box from the net. very frustrating.

TM600 NOW CONNECTING......

Finally sorted by a proper expert from another forum.Seems like the people on here not so good when it comes to technical issues.Also heard there a few forums going to stop updates for technomate models,al*** one of them more to follow.Come on you cams .

Thats TM non linux thats supposedly losing support not the linux versions.
Obviously these proper experts on other forums are better than the ones here . Just to add 100% if a tm patch comes out it will be on Alsat still mate.

How to fix the no internet connection problem.
What You need to do is press LAN then hit the button under 7, the leftwards arrow, If this does not work then tick dhcp then press save. Now reenter the lan menu And turn dhcp off then press save again. Enigma will restart And your receiver will have internet connection again.
