another update guys
right it came in yellow box with TM500 and is working with a 500 image but i got all the probs with nabilo and got other working, my m8 has now and he's playing about with and opened up and it says TM600 on main board, can someone have a peek and confirm what it is what should be flashed to it.

If there is USB ports then yes it is a TM600.
