@Bobi,Yes some people only know How to turn a tv on And press some buttons But Thats What learning is about. 12 months ago If you gave me a linux API receiver And told me to configure it i would have No clue What to do. Thats What forums are for, to learn. One day you had to learn correct?

You can't talk about E1 here, box will have E2 and this is lot of Diff.

If no bugs on drives, well this a 100% box I'am sure.

My personal note: Problem with E1 Itgate are drives and not Enigma. I have my personal patch on a TGM220 and works at 1000%, better then dm600 or dm500s... I'm sure of IT.

I am still looking for a review of the Tm800hd....but not able to find one.....On the basis that i only want a HD box to watch the world cup on, and that i run a pc based home server, i shall probably end up getting a "client only" based HD Stb such as a Spiderbox....About ?150 is all i can afford at the moment ( and i have only got that spare cash as i am selling a few things on ebay )

Well i have given up with the whole idea..and to be honest the price bracket was originally sub ?200..now its about ?250 ! A bit too much i can afford for a hobby, when the car needs MOT & road tax etc..I have decided to get a spiderbox 7000Hd for my troubles....not even bothered about the free gift+++ Only want it to show UK HD channels off my home server..

Well i cannot say if a Original Dm500s is better than a TM600, as i only have a clone dreambox....But i do think that his statement was a poor one, and he has not yet said why....

I have TM5200 and it is a lot better than the clone D500, only reason to use DM500 because its features which allow me to watch many channels.
