TM6900 Supre USB HDD problem

I have removed a 500GB HDD from a Triple Dragon and installed it in a USB case to attach to my TM.

When I format the HDD it tells me the disk size is 133.3 Mb and 132Mb available for use.

Can anyone explain how I get teh TM to use the full 500Gb

Have you formatted the drive as fat32 on your pc? this is the only way it can read the drive correctly, the box cannot do it when it's this size, I think the manufacturers website has the fat32 software to format bigger drives!

I would also check that there is only the one partition on the drive. You would have to use the disk manager in/on windows/ pc to see.

If there is a second one on the drive, you can "glue" the two together and then format as one.
