Hi Guys. My sky plus box will not "boot up". The rd light just stays on and nothing else happens. I spoke to sky yesterday and went through the backup reboot but to no avail.
Anyone have any suggestions, as I would like to watch programmes I have saved on the hard disc, rather than get a new box and lose all saved tv?
