    Technomate tm600 not reading card, correctly

    HI
    I have a tm600 and only have it a few days, i am new to all tm600 and have looked on forum but cannot find anything.
    i put my sky card in tm600 and i scanned for astra2 and got most of my apart channels apart from sports and movies.

    What am i doing wrong?

      you need a box key for the premiume channels, welcome to dk regards mdt

          Thanks for your help,
          How do you enter this box key in tm600?
          I have read somewhere that you convert sky box serial number to hex code and this is your box key.
          Is this right and how do you enter it in tm600?
          thanks again and sorry if i am asking basic questions.
