1500 ci portal not opening

Hi.
I'm struggling to open the premiere sport portal on Astra 1 i've patched and loaded the keys and got all the channels ok but it's the older type of box that doesn't open the portal using the favorites button. i've tried the zero button and also the yellow button 3 x 3 etc and nothing seems to work can anyone help please?

do u have magics latest patch? without this it wont work. on ur receiver its the zero button not the yellow or the others u tried.
