TM6900 Non super +softcams

I down load the softcams –unzip them to usb-put usb in TM6900 non super but the tm6900 does not see them. It sees the latest patch and uploads that ok. If I put the usb in my TM5400 super that see the soft cam and you can load them on the 5400 i just can't get the tm6900 to see any softcams even when downloading them in firefox any ideas Thanks
Is there a loader i can use so I can try by cable

it's nothing to do with downloading the file or you could'nt
load or see the tm softcam on the memory stick
have you tried re-formatting the stick in the receiver

there is only one other thing i can think of
back up your chn list motor settings etc:
and factory re-set the receiver just in case
it has a software glitch that's giving you the problems
and then load your chn lists set the motor sat's time etc:
and then patch 679 this is the most stable patch and then
see if the box recognises usb softcam on the stick
