What happens next?

Hi All,

I am still finding my feet with my 80cm motorised TM5400+ setup, but so far it ticks all the boxes for me. I bought the system a few months back for english football, and I now realise that I have missed the boat slightly! From what I have read, I am assuming that digiTV will be nagra 3 by the time August comes - so my question is what do people think will be the options for watching prem football post DigiTV?

Am I correct in assuming that matches are also available on some of the other sports channels on other birds through softkeys and FTA?
If not, what other kit might I need to watch footy next season?

I know that there is alot more out there than sports, but this is my main interest other than movies - and there doesn't seem to be much in that line without paying big money.

Canal+NL is open at the moment on 19.2e that has films and EPL.
The only guarantee for footy is a legit sub.
You will b elucky to get FTA epl.
A Bulsatcom card (Irdeto) for 39e is approx ?175. this gives all sky/espn games plus 2 3pm sat games amd midweek games. Also has cl and europa etc.

Like Manic01 says the only sure way is to take out a subscription. Me I am not a football fan and I don?t care one way or an other about football but given that Canel+NL is working on Irdeto2 and Bulsatcom is also in Irdeto 2 and the keys are known. I still think we will see a fix for box sooner then latter. Just be glad you speak English you still have a wide selection of stuff to watch what if you could only speak Romanian.

Unless TM pay for the nano on Bulsat they wont be opening it. Keys are known for loads of providers, butt htas just part of it all.

Thanks guys for your thoughts. Can you tell me which satellite I can find canal+NL on? I bought my system off ebay a few months back, so I guess I will have to load the latest patch?

Never say die, as bulsat/pink are open on gamma as well as canal nl theres still a chance they will appear on TM. Down to if TM want to continue support.
I doubt they will but hope they do.
I had a TM1500 ci and super also TM5200/5400 and excellent stb's.
I have TM600 and never had any issues.

I see on google that Abu Dhabi has announced a satellite package for next year - I assume that this would be on BADR, and that you will need a 1.2 M dish?
