Technomate 9100s any softcam/patches?

Hi all,
New to all this! Are there any softcam patches or whatever for the "Technomate 9100s" to open any providers ? i did have some channels open on Thor 1w about 6 weeks ago with "key update" but cannot get any channels to clear now?

I think digi tv is closed and I am afraid it may be gone for good via keys but we will see but the 15th june was given as a cut off date.
