Beginer needs help with technomate 6800hd

can i ask.... how is your setup now???? is it all working fine??

The setup is working fine, find channels set up, favorites etc a little long winded, Also had loads of transponders missing, still need to go through the sats programs as still finding channels missing, but now go to king of sat and then use advance search fuction. is there a way of downloading a database of transponders that are active to the receiver from a current list anywhere.

you must extract (unzip) file 1st then yes you load onto stick put stick in the tm6800HD go to usb in menu and then data.
I have posted patch & soft cam if thats any help. patch 1st then softcam.the patch is for tm6800HD original not super

with a 1.1 dish you should not be struggling with much,astra 1 @ 19.2E is an easy sat to receive.as to 28.2E you should have no problem at all,if a re-scan does not fix it I"d check your motor installation is correct,pole plumb,latitude correct on motor,latitude and longitude correct on STB,etc.,

I had a similar problem as staplestown. I tried your files and
all is ok now . box is TM6800HD

Hi mate i would appreciate it if you could get back to me with regards to the 6800HD TechMate. I am in two minds whether to buy the 500 as i have done a bit of research on it but if i got the 6800HD at least i can view HD. If you can guide me through software installation i am onto a winner.
