have tried latest softcam dated 27/08/2010 from download center but does not appear to work.does not open bulsat.

Yesterdays Softcam keys for Technomate were Fuc!ed up and came from a Diablo Cam source and did not / will not work on any Emu.

Either Keys for EMU are harder to establish or Today's- Weekend keys might get Bulsat back on line.

You Could try Manually change the Key as it switched to a key 02 updated

what exactly do you need to change in the keys if you dont mind me asking

Find the correct line for Irdeto 2 Bulsat.
Paste new key in position.
Exit and save.
Load softcam.
