Just recieved this reciever this morning, did have a 5400 super. whats the best way to get the most out of this reciever, ie (finding transponders) i hear about blind scans etc. not plugged it in yet !

Blind scan is for feed hunting really and if used will fill menu up with not needed tp and channels etc.
Just use as you would the tm5400.
Load patch and softcam.
This is older type receiver now but can still do cs with the right set up. -
set it up last nite, its a second hand, i have to store all the satellites myself ! which is a pain in the ass ! did 6 , 1w, 13e, 10e, 39e, 28.2e ! if i did a factory reset would it already have them stored without having to do this
