TM 1500CI in need of help

Hi Guys, we are in need of some advice, my frinds TM 1500ci has been used with a diablo cam and was up until a few months ago all working fine, it has now been loaded with the latest TM patch and when coming to scan for channels on bulsat 39e he can only pick up NDS encripted channels, anyone any idea's so I can try again to help him out, cheers any help is appreciated, thank you in advanced

Further info about the problem with the tm 1500ci

Hi guys, I should have added the channels come up, but are scrambled as expected (also only 1 free to air channel), however, we are not getting any other channels like irdeto etc....
I have got good signal circa 90% so do not know why its only picking up NDS channels,

also for info I have already tried a factory reset but still no joy

input these transponders manually and scan they are all H polarity and 30000 sym rate.12.524,12.565,12.647,12.688.
these are for Bulsat on 39E.

I have loaded in TP's and it seemed they were there but ther incorrect sym rates, so I have adjusted these so they are now correct 30000, and still no joy, I have brought my mates tm to my house and am getting a very pur signal strength, no where near what I get. my 5400 ci gets 94% on the 1500 ci 25%, should I adjust dish to suit his tm 1500ci for signal strength or do you think it could be something else. also noticed the blind serch function is not working it just jumps past blind serch function to next item advanced serch !, thanks Dick

Can i ask what size dish your mate is using with the 1500?

Dish size is 800mm, But for info when he was on the cam he had great quality of signal

I have since tried fine tuning in the dish using disec 1.2 fine tune with the motor on my 1 meter dish, but could not get the signal to improve, any idea's please guys, thank you

Are the Latitude / Longitude settings the same on both machines?

try this for your blind search problem,I think i had a similar problem a while back.
1. select advance search with 39.0 sat selected.
2. scroll down to transponders and manually delete them one by one until there are none left showing.
3.press menu on remote and scroll up to blind search and then press ok on 39.0 e then ok again for blind search (select the blind search before doing anything else or 39.0 east will not show up on your sat list and you will have to go to motorised settings to get it back ) good luck

Sorry guys for the delay in getting back to you, ave been working double shifts so had no time to try out potenial solution until today, anyway

Harry, have tried deleting al tp's and tried to gain access with blind search but failed mate

Dick, I entered in the 4 tps you have gave us in this thread, and have picked up 60 TV channels + 14 radio
Ave got the signal strength up to 82% on my motorized dish.

has there been an update with softcam keys in the last few days

I have just checked the sofcam keys manually and they are correct,
info in cas menu,
key edit under 96 irdeto/beta
ident - (060400)
softcam keys correct with latest sofcam keys issued today

I am still not able to unlock any channels though, any idea's please, thanks

According to other threads Bulsat is down again at the moment.

Canaldigitaal Nederland (19.2E) (Only Irdeto-II Ch) is still open with an older patch and latest keys.

Thanks mate, I am just trying to see if I cracked it, I think I have but typical the softcam keys need updating, I guess it will have to wait until the next lot of softcam keys get issued, cheers mate, thanks for the help
