Hi everyone I'm new to this site.

Just bought and installed TM6900 super + with 90cm triax and TM 2300 motor. 1st install I've ever done so I decided to keep it easy and use a patio mount which works well except the sat's further west than 12.5 due to a bunch of tall conifers.

I found a utility which allows the 6900 to see my laptop called STB Demon soes any one know if you can use this to patch the STB direct from your PC or do I still need a usb for that?

Any help will be much appreciated.

you are getting most of the popular sats if you can get from 42E to 5W.a usb stick is the easiest way to update as no loader is needed.
