Technomate tm3200d+

Hi everyone, Rob Harrison (new boy!) here from the Isle of Man. got a Technomate TM3200D+ last week with a problem...It works fine on single sat/LNB receive but will not work with a monoblock LNB. you can enter the setup but it doesn't save it even though it says it has and sees no signal.
Next problem, I have downloaded the (zipped) loader from
the technomate site to update the software but my PC says it doesn't recognise the file compression type! any thoughts or help would be welcomed.

hellomate,try this loader and patch both thanks to"sat4fun"one of them is rar and one zip I use 7-zip to unpack both types of files.these are unofficial files and have not tried them but they are from a site I trust.
is it a monoblock for 13E&19E?I dont know the 3000 series boxes but in sat setup you need to find diseqc 1.0 and turn on to 1 for one of the sats say 13E and 2 for the other say 19E then looking from behind the dish mount the left lnb in the holder and tune 13E in if it wont tune switch it to number 2 in diseqc 1.0 and try again once successful switch over to the other number and 19E should come in.fine tune by twisting the lnb in the holder.

Hi Dick, Thanks for the help, I will try the files you suggest. The installation is already working with other Receivers so it is definetely the TM3200D+ that is at fault, I want to download the latest software for it and start again as the software on it is 2007 or 08 if I remember correctly. tanks again.
